you are drinking it very quickly for the purpose of the sheer amount of protein in it, not because it tastes nice :p

get used to it :P
 
Try it with juice or milk - bearing in mind this will increase your calorific/nutritional intake. Alternatively just down it, don't savour it! :p
 
Get used to it tbh, stuff like nesquik's ok, but in the end I just couldn't be bothered and gave up trying to make it taste good.
Actually the creatine isn't as bad as the whey (in my opinion anyway). Still, powdered milk isn't the worst taste I can think of.
mono's fine don't think it's better than whey, ethyl ester is vile :D
 
You tend to get used to the tastes in my experience. Every time I try a new flavour/brand, I find it quite disgusting but when you drink it twice day you get used to it and can actually end up enjoying it!
 
Yes CEE is bad!! Your best off capping it, thats the only way I could take it.

I love my morning shakes though!

Try this:

400ml fully skimmed milk
50g whey protien
10g creatine
10g L-Glutamine
100g Quaker rolled oats
1 smal tsp of cocoa powder

Chuck it all in a blender, then enjoy. It tastes great and is a great breakfast!
 
It's different for everyone.......dependant on body weight/type etc..

When I load with creatine I have 20g per day....Although it's not essential to do the loading phase it works better for me. Then to maintain 10g per day works well for me.

I've taken it for many years and found this works best for myself :)

yeah but not in one go, taking 10g all at once is going to produce a lot of creatinine, and just waste money more than anything else.

For loading im 25g split into 4 doses, and maintaing 2.6-3 (I think 10g is way to much just for maintainence - most bodies lose about 2g creatine a day).

As I said it's different for everyone.

10g for a someone who ways 60kg may be a lot but for some one who ways 90kg it's not.

Hardly a waste of money, it's cheap as chips mate.
yeah, but nobody will uptake 10g of creatine in one go (and 6 is more than enough for anyone under 100kg)

Completely a waste of money when it's effectively being ****ed away :p
