just upgraded got a problem... helpp

Hey I just upgraded my comp with everything in my Sig apart from win 7 and gtx 470 I bought a mobo RAM and CPU and psu. I built my comp a while ago and I must have done something wrong, (I think).

The comp starts for about 2 seconds then powers down from what iv seen only the fans spin, it does this repeatedly until I have to switch it off by the mains.

What am I doing wrong, I can take pictures hopefully if needed.

Sorry for bad description and grammar as I'm on my android phone.

I'm going to go on a wild limb and say you have post problems with the motherboard.

What PSU do you have?

What psu in use? Checked if any rogue standoffs or anything are shorting on the board?

How long was it running ok & did you re install W7 after the hardware change or just let it do it's thang.

wow, sorry guys turns out im just incredibly stupid most likely due to huge lack of sleep... it forgot to plug in a cable...

sorry about that. my new build seems to be running beautify at the moment.
