Just upgrading to 2 26" monitors and need advice

Hi i have upgraded to x2 samsung t260hd screens and would like to know the best way to connect them to my pc? I have sli so wondered do i just take both dvis off the same (master) graphics card or put one lead in each? cheers guys.
 
2 in the master card afaik, you need the newest drivers iirc as old versions do not support more than 1 monitor in SLI.
 
Thanks for that mate. Dont suppose you know whhich drivers they are do you for it to work in sli? It is x2 BFG 8800GTX's overclocked and watercooled. Thanks again.
 
Thanks, i do hope so. They should be arriving today better hurry up lol its after bloody 1 now! The worrying thing is i dont know if i will be able to set it up as primary and secondary on xp with sli, does anyone know if this causes problems? I am told it works on vista as muliple monitor does it? however i didnt realy wanna go down vistas route as i borrowed a mates disc and installed it, had nothing but problems so wiped it and back on xp.
 
i specced my mate this monitor hes over the moon with it ;)

pretty sure it can but i cant confirm that, give it a try then worry if it dont :D

also if everything goes ok and you have a camera could you post a photo of your dual mon setup, thanks bro and goodluck :)
 
Cheers id like to know if anyone is using 2 26" monitors in sli mode on xp or will i have to do the dreaded change to vista just when mine is all sorted?
