I'd just like to check before I migrate over to them in a few weeks time. I am planning to use their "Home Max Service".

I have read good things about them and NewNet so I would just like reassuring please. :p I honsetly can't wait to get rid of stupid stupid Toucan and get a decent ISP.

When I called IDNet they were very polite, and it sounded as if it wasn't even a call-centre but a small business, with a nice lady on like a reception area. :)

So, IDNet = good? Answers on a post-card... or just reply in here please. :D

I'm with Idnet and have been for about a year now, ever since I left Freedom2Surf when things went horribly wrong with them.

Anyway, I've had a great experience with Idnet and the support is fantastic.

Recently I've had an issue with pings at peak times - but this seems to have settled down over the last few days. Apparently Idnet are close to capactiy at the moment, but have got additional bandwidth comming in Feb.

Have a look at the forums over at Thinkbroadband (formerly ADSL Guide) - you'll see quite a lot of useful posts in the Idnet forum, as well as a few "nutters" (both pro and against Idnet). But in general, the feedback is positive from most people.

Just for the support, I'd say that Idnet is worth considering over most ISP's, but I've also heard good things about Newnet.

That's great, thanks for the help. :) Sorry for the late reply as well, I never received an email saying I had someone reply?!
