So these are the parts I plan to purchase and I just want to make sure this is all good, I'm sure it all compatible and from what I've read would be the best.

I am looking to do some overclocking on the CPU so is this Mobo good for that?

I am unsure on how to do the basket thing on here so i'll just put the links :)

I do want full ATX as I want to SLi cards down the line, hoping I wont need to upgrade the CPU for a while until I can afford the 6 Core i7's.

I also have a 1TB HDD so will not need that.

I like this case because it looks clean as is cheap, I will upgrade when I get the money (probably the next month) this is just something to put it all in!

And do I need a disk drive? I'm thinking I can just boot windows install from a USB.

All this seem okay? sorry for the long winded post!

Anything I've missed out on?

Thanks guys! :D

What would you go for personally?
If I'm honest, I prefer the look of the Asus board.
I like the look of that CPU cooler, matches the rest of it! I unintentionally opted with Red and Black, tbh not a massive fan but it's more the components I'm worried about. as long as it all matches.

The case I really want is the NZXT H440 in white, that is a gorgeous looking case.

Okay, will the 450W be sufficient?

But thanks guys, I like the changes you made.

Either board looks good, you are right that the ASUS does look like it has more design put into its looks.

450W is enough for that setup with the GFX card you mentioned.

Should you wish to do Crossfire/SLI or go fro better GFX cards then you need more power.

I'm just going to get that PSU, it's gold rated and it looks prettier than my current one.

EDIT* Yeah, I understand this, I will go up to like a 850W when I put different cards in :)

Modular? Remove unnecessary cables right? I would prefer it, I am very fussy about looks and spend ages on cable management! but I'm sure it wont kill me :)

Tbh, i highly doubt it'll be in there 5 months let alone 5 years.

Also, one last question, I need a triple monitor stand for 24" monitors, nothing too expensive please haha

I don't know, I haven't currently got a desk so would making a desk be better? or buying one?

Which is best? I'm guessing a desk attaching stand would be the way to go, seems like the best option, i get bored of my room a lot so move stuff around all the time. Wall mount would restrict that.

Desk stands clamp to the desk and are easier than drilling holes into a wall (especially if its stud+plaster board).

Or there are ones that have a huge pair of feet and try and balance the monitors but they may eat into the surface area of the desk.

The ones that clamp tend to be more stable especially if you knock your desk accidentally.

Yeah, I mounted my 42" TV to the wall and damn, that was a *****!

Have any of you guys got/used any mounts you'd recommend? like up to £250.. If I spend a bit more now when I upgrade monitors I wont have to spend more money down the line.

I had a cheap one once (£50 of the members market) and sold it on.

The monitors tended to wobble a lot so I guess you get what you pay for.

I use a £33-ish duronic DM352 (dual monitor)

They have also have a £100 spring based one (DM553) and £120 gas based one (DM653 - these one's are very good.) - both triple monitor stands. Mine is stable enough, and especially for 30 quid it's great! Check out the duronic one's, they are pretty good from what I have seen (4 of the DM352s)

Okay thanks, could you explain the difference between solid, spring and gas? It doesn't explain on their site? the 3 monitor looks very nice and has a good surround.

I think the solid you can't move the monitors around, they are just fixed into position. Spring I imagine uses a spring system which will probably have a minimum weight limit. Gas is the best I think, they use compressed gas which has no minimum weight limit and a massive max limit, and is probably easiest to move arond the monitors as there will be little resistance
