Only a short one, but i ordered a ribeye mini roast and some steak burgers from Donaldrussel.com (im presuming OCUK don't sell meat
) they were meant to arrive Saturday just gone, but never came, so i emailed DR that night, to see what was happening,
they rang on Sunday to which we both concluded to see if it arrived Monday (today) and to see what condition it was in and it did indeed come today, but before it had even arrived i missed a call from them to see if it had arrived.
So i tweeted them, told them that it had come but was completly defrosted, on that i got another call and a offer to refund or replace, without me actually saying anything else.
Excellent customer service, very polite and friendly on the phone, but all down to a couriers mistake, i hope they can claim back.
anyway just thought i'd share.
