Anyone see Jaws 3d when it came out? No red/green glasses, just ones with fine lines on them. Totally rubbish film though, was only made 3d cos it sucked so badly.

It Stars a CGI Ray Winston.
That is all the information i require to deduce that this film will be garbage.
That and the fact, that from the trailers, it just looks so poor.

Wicked, don't expect too much from the film, it's pretty good but nothing special, but the 3d effects are very cool.

maybe the biggest screen (Screen 5) - that would make sense to me but dunno!!

I have juts watched the featurette on Apple movies. I think it looks ok. It seems to work well and the 3d is not over done. Might have to pop into my Odeon and see if its in 3d there..

all the odeon cinema's taht are showing the 3d version are on there website, which is useful, thankfully my local odeon is showing it

Haha, indeed! Yeah would make sense for it to be screen 5. Might have to go visit cineworld sometime soon then!

Years ago a bunch of us went to see Emanuelle 3 in 3D

It was that boring / poor we left after 20 minutes and went to the pub :cool:

I just watched this and the graphical quality is astounding. Like nothing else i have ever seen in terms of an entirely CGI film. The added 3d effect factor was fantastic also, and once you are accustomed to it simply adds to the immersiveness of the film.

I can see it being used to great and awful effect in years to come.

One of the Norwich cinemas, I think Odeon, is showing it in 3D, will be going to see it sometime.

really not looking forward to the film, but taking my gf to watch this tomorrow, cardiff cineworld has the 3d version too

the trailer puts me off instantly, but hopefully the effects will make it watchable (like 300!)
