Just wondering HP MACHINE

Just been asked by a work mate about his HP machine which is in the boot of his car, I will look at it after work today,

He comes back from holiday and turns it on and nothing but a click noise and the power supply light comes on,

Any Ideas???

Could be anything as a click isn't really much to go on. It's probably power supply though.

I think its the power supply also as they are usually the first things to go in a three year old HP desktop,

I will know in a few hours when I get it home
