Just wondering

I have a M505 mouse

And lately the wireless receiver has been acting up, and the last few days my laptop wont read it at all so I was wondering if there was anywhere were i could just buy the reciever instead of getting a brand new mouse. The mouse its self seems to be perfectly working.
