Case only supports mini-itx so won't support the motherboard you have selected as it's micro-atx.

in theory yes, the corsair is lower profile which would help a bit more

I would get a better psu than the CX series, fully modular would be a big advantage in such a small case as well. The Seasonic Focus Plus 550w is a much better psu than the CX series. It's gold rated, fully modular, has a 10 year warranty and at a compact 140mm long will still fit the case. It also has a hybrid fan mode which means when turned on, the fan doesn't spin until the psu hits a certain temp or load. For a extra £16 it's well worth it to get a very high quality psu. The Bitfenix is too big. The description for the case states a max psu length of 140mm.
