K60 Nightmare :/

So been to M***** (Competitor so won't give a full name) and bought a K60 this morning as i wanted to get rid of my aging sidewinder.. Got it home and none of the F keys seemed to work :/ Okay.. took it back got another came home they worked awesome

Just plugged in a usb stick into keyboard though and noticed the usb port on this one doesn't work

its going back for a refund tomorrow.

Someone recommend me a keyboard please? Im fed up of my microsoft sidewinder and want a good keyboard i won't have issues with

While expensive im pretty happy with my logitech g710+ mech board. Normaly not a fan of logitech cause ive had so many failing part from them over the years but this one has hold up quite nicely the last few months with no issues. Dont have the software installed as i dont care about the macro keys..It has even survived me spilling coffee into it. I have since teared the board appart and cleaned it with no issues.

Aye, sadly the G710+ isn't being made any more so you'll be lucky to find one.

While I generally love corsair stuff, I'm kinda a little disappointed with mine too, it's 3 backlights down inside 2 weeks (going back for RMA).

Seems steelseries might be worth a look? Have a friend raving about his razer (though I'm not normally a fan of razer products, I have to admit, it's quite nice feeling, maybe not the quietest keys tho)

Thought id update.. I ended up with a CMStorm Quickfire Rapid I from Insomnia as it was on offer and i liked it a lot

I have one with cherry blacks. Great piece of kit IMO.
