K750i Incoming call barring?

Is it possible to bar a single number from INCOMING calls on a K750i.

All we can find is a way of denying all, except for the "allowed list" which is useless as you can only allow 10 numbers, and we only want to bar 1 single number!

I've just had a quick look through my w800i which is basically the same phone and I can't see any other options either, I think this is something that you have to contact your network for and they can block it. Even then what is to stop the person/company using a different number if they really want to harass you.
