K800i vs K810i

Which out of these two phones is better, is it worth paying that little bit extra for the k810i?

thanks guys, ended up going for the nokia n95. On vodafone, £35 (£40 inc VAT) with 500 mins, unlimited txt and family 4. Got the handset for free

just to keep this thread going on its title, i like how in camera mode little lights for flash etc light up next to the keypad for each button....if you know what i mean.

Not seen one in the flesh yet, but it also looks to have a better Camera Lense cover. The K800i's was a pain and always coming open in my pocket. Annoyed me so much I eBayed the phone.

Yep. Apparently the K810i's newly designed cover never opens in a pocket. Which is good

k810i is 5mm thinner than its predecessor and has a better lense cover. I'm awaiting its release on Orange to replace my K800i.

Well i said it earlier, the Spec on the K810 is not as good as the K800 according to the Sony website.

If you compare both fones, there is some functionality missing off the K810i, that the K800 has.

I've just done a compare on the Sony Site:

K810i is:

5mm thinner
11.5g lighter

There are two features that don't have a tick:

Music Tones - Sony's DRM Ringtones. No loss there.
Contacts - which has to be a mistake. I highly doubt they didn't put a phone book on it.

It's essentially the same phone.

you would be a bit of a donkey to get the old version of the phone IMO
