K850i video formats?

looking at putting some videos on my k850i and was wondering what video format they will need to be and where to get a FREE video converter please.

Probably .3gp format... just download and use SUPER (google for it) it can convert any audio/video file to any other audio/video file (SE Phone, iPod etc...) and it free!!!
