Kameo Achievements

I have just completed this game and am going back to do the score attack to get the last of the achievements, you have to get a "A" rating to get the bonus but am a little unsure on how is best to do it.

I checked the net and they seem to suggest its all worked out on points (kills/carnages) but it also lists your time underneath when you clear the level, is it best to work slowly and kill every single thing for max points or is it best to get a better time and kill less?

Kill more
Take your time
DON'T die (ever!)
Use special ways to kill, eg., on the first level use the Chukka with his ice-throws to destroy the chandelliers in the castle (when they fall they cause more damage).
Don't keep moving forward through the level once you've cleared a stage, hang back a few minutes as more enemies turn up.

It's hard, boy is it hard, but doable.

Hmmm 2nd thoughts maybe be I wont bother,

I just tried doing the first level, killed loads, loads of combos and warrior focus, hung back to kill the extra enemies and ended up with a ............ Grade F. lol

I think for the sake of my sanity and the fact I want my pad to stay in one piece I might leave these achievements and trade it in or sale it

Have you got "A" rank on any of the levels?

Here's what I said in an early thread when trying to help someone.

If you have Chilla it's easier just get them, hit onto your back then throw 3 at a time so you'll get 3 carnages, 3 brutals and 2 frenzies.

Make sure you don't get hit and especially make sure you don't get set on fire because you'll lose loads of multipliers.

At some point in the level there will be and area where trolls just keep on spawning then I found it easiest to use Pummel Weed and get into warrior focus and the more carnages multipliers you have the more death trolls spawn. Then just keep doing that till no more of the death trolls spawn when you go into warrior focus. Try not to get into warrior focus before here aswell.

Easy.

Basically don't go into warrior focus until you get near the end where loads of trolls keep coming and you'll find it a lot easier.

Once you've done one the others will seem so much easier.

Thanks for your help Ghostface, I will probly give it one more try before selling it, im not too worried about getting all the achievements just as long as the main quest is complete, getting "A" rank does seem to be overly hard though.

I can imagine spending half hour doing the level and then ending up with a "B" which I expect would get annoying real fast.
