What's up with the pricing of this? Even the big retailers like Amazon and Play are only selling some Limited Edition version for £30 (£28 in Amazon's case).

I don't want any extra Multiplayer maps, and I can do without game-breaking guns. I just want the vanilla version for as cheap as possible, so I can whack on to my Steam account. (It's using Steamworks!)

Sigh, I remember when you would get most PC games for £17.98 (£24.99 of you were unlucky).

.....'course, it were all fields round here.....:D

 Death of PC gaming!!

Really though, just be glad you're not buying it on a console :p

I managed to bag a starcraft 2 pre-order for 24.99 nice and early. In general though, any games that i want i'll just wait for until they come down to a 'reasonable' price.

The premium's for those who need their game straight away on release day :)

I've just managed to track the vanilla version down, at Game.co.uk, of all places, for £24.99.

I don't get why the other places aren't selling it, or is this trying to head-off people going to Steam, and buying it there, by offering extras? (Still, £5 for a map and some guns? Doesn't sound like you get a lot for your money).
