got some poor reviews though, 6/10 from gamespot

It does look quite good, but hopefully there will be a demo coming out?
The Good
Really interesting multiplayer mode You'll see a variety of different scenery as you play.
The Bad Artificial Intelligence is quite lacking Weapons don't feel right Characters and storyline do everything in their power to drive you away from the game No online co-op mode.

Looks good perhaps an Assassins Creed beater?
PC - next Friday mate.
Had it on pre-order as have been looking forward to this for ages. Was planning on playing though coop with mu cousin - then they announced that the coop was split screen. Cough, excuse me - did the developers suddenly forget about the high speed internet access everyone has nowadays and go back 10-15 years to the 16bit era? wtf?
Also the cover system sucks - the characters will auto-stick to scenery instead of by a button press. Subsequently the gameplay can get touch and go in sections.
That said - apparently there are some great set pieces.
Subsequently have cancelled preorder as of yesterday. Will buy eventually, but I think this one will drop to 9.99 real quick so will pick it up then.

I've just been playing this game and, well I thought I was laggin maxed out with 16xAF/8xAA untill I looked at a frame rate counter to see I was getting between 40-60fps, its like there is awfull mouse lag and weird lag at 40fps when moving, It's annoying it happens in loads of games and I have no way of solving it, its so choppy, crysis plays better, seems like this is a crappy port, nice game apart from that tho, good atmosphere.

Saw this reviewed on Gamer TV where it received 2/5.
They say the multiplayer looks promising and although there is terrible problems with single player AI, controls and bullet tracking is very poor it is still an 'alright' game. During the video it looked as though they had terrible lag as mentioned above, but under closer obvservation it appears that the game runs fine, the lag is with the controls.
Oh, one other thing they said is "we hope you like playing a mission over and over again learning the exact layout of the level and where every bad guy is as its the only way to win!". There is also far too few checkpoints meaning if you die, which you will, a lot then be prepared to keep doing it over and over

Lmao, I don't think so. The AI is terrible in K&L from what I've seen and the gfx reminds you of GTA:SA. A good idea but presented half assed.
Assassins Creed is miles and miles ahead in terms of GFX, Gameplay, AI and presentation.

True, im running it in vista and with my spec i get slow down when rotating arround the character.

I hate all this windows live crap in games, no need for it

Hmm, i can safely say i wont be installing XP just to play this. Of what ive played so far its fun but very pointless ! lol. Hopefully they will release a vista patch in the near future.

i was looking forward to this too, but pcgamer also gave it a poor review, around 60-70% iirc. too many other good games out atm though i reckon.
