I have been training for a whle now on and off, my disicipline lacks not going when I should and my diet is terrible hopefully noting it down will kick me up the backside and give me some motivation.

I'm 6ft1 and around 90kg (need to weight myself its been a while)

currently doing

squat
80kg but i fear my form is awful so may lower weight and focus on form before i hurt myself

Bench
65kg i seem to be stuck on this, no spotter means I get scared to push myself i got stuck under the bar once, wasnt fun

deadlift
100kg at the moment I skipped this excerise a lot and only recently started it properly

OHP
50kg struggle with this movement due to a broken collarbone and elbow giving me strange arm movements

Barbell Row
50kg again another excerise I often skip, will get back into it now.

Also doing some boxing classes when I can, my training went down the pan just before christmas, bought a house had to move in with parents for months yadda yadda yadda. all the hardwork I had done went down the drain and I feel back to square one.

Back down the gym tonight hopefully after being hit and miss for a few weeks after starting my new job. Will double check my current weights and try get a video of my movements so you guys can tell me off.

sadly my gym doesnt have that style equipment, its all from way back when. The squat rack is non adjustable just happens to be the perfect height for me. I shall take pictures of the equipment tonight for everyones viewing pleasure

all above are 5x5

I struggle with dumbells are my wrists are rather weak I think they need training up?

I could probally push abit harder on Benchpress knowing i wont fail and choke myself out. I will see if someone can spot me tonight :)

I might see if i can get some nutritional advice, I am terrible at knowing what to eat and the apps where you input food i get bored of doing it after a while. I am lazy when it comes to cooking I dont enjoy cooking at all so i need quick easy meals, and im a right fussy bugger

pombears from morrisons OR aldi/lidl do "bear faces" pombear heads they taste exactly the same 90p for 6 bags.

no pics or vids the gym was ram packed tonight. hopefully get some tomorrow.

it felt great upping my deadlift so much after failing on OHP. deadlifts make you feel super manly :D

Had a manic week so missed the gym.

Managed to get down yesterday

5x5 Chest Press 65kg - tried uping to 70, did one set failed on the first of the second set so went down back down to 65

5x5 Squat 80kg - its a breeze to be honest but with dodgey knees after a few dislocations taking it nice and easy on this

5x5 Barbell Row 55kg

I think I am going to change my workouts up abit as My upper strength is letting me down. I have always had strong legs so going to concentrate on upper body for a few weeks I reckon.

Anyone who reads can you give me some good upper body/chest exercises to do?

5x5 squats 80kg

5x5 OHP 50kg managed all 5 sets nicely this time

5x1 deadlifts 130kg lower than last time but still happy with this making sure I am doing the full movement and holding it before progressing with the weight

Staring back at the gym tonight after a chaotic 5 months.

I have piled the weight on :(

114kg a few weeks ago started watching my diet (still not good) but I am down to 103.6kg as of yesterday

going a new gym which gives me access to 4 different gyms all within 5-10 minutes of my house, Also got a gym buddy this time both around the same height and weight with roughly the same goals.

Need to strengthen my legs as i suffer with a subluxing patella due to a muscle imbalance in my legs. My knee caps are sitting way to high so i struggle to kneel as I am basically putting all the pressure on my tendons. Can anyone recommend me some weight exercises to do that will pull my knee caps back down?

Induction tonight at 7pm then my first session. Going to swim and do weights this time no boxing.

let the project get super sexy begin

so the new gym has a proper power rack and a proper chest press happy days

first few visits have just been general workouts.

Yesterday

5x5 Squats 70kg

5x5 chest 60kg

2x5 100kg deadlift

3 x 3 minute rounds of heavy bag

Wow i am stiff this morning, walking like a cowboy. Really need to stretch off better at the end of my sessions

Had a weird session last night felt good!

Squats 3x5 90Kg

Bench press 5 x 5 70kg over the moon, Was stuck on 60kg for so long and now I managed these nicely I think I could even go up

Dumbell Row 3 x 10 20kg

Barbell Row 5 x 5 50kg

Deadlifts

1 x 90 kg

1 x 100 kg

1 x 110 kg

1 x 120 kg

1 x 125 kg

1 x 130 kg

1 x 135 kg

1 x 140 kg

Grip Failed on 150 kg otherwise I could have done the lift

1 x 5 140 kg Happy with that, 36kg over my weight.

2 x 1 minute planks

And feeling fresh as a daisy today, Doing proper Cooldowns and stretching off makes a difference
