She says since she's been in her position at West Ham she has brought in 3 senior people all of whom are Women. And when she left Birmingham, her senior position there, she left 75% of senior directors as women as well!

And she says she's against sexism! What the hell? I know there is a principle of positive discrimination, but I wouldn't be surprised one bit if all those positions are a result of her feminist insecurities and desire to do one over on men. Now tell me that her positive-discrimination towards women is not imposing negative discrimination towards men, I dare you.

I hate this sort of preaching. Where on earth does she get of on her high and mighty arrogant lofty feminist bandwagon. Its absolutely ridiculous.
 
To be fair, if 2% of the rest of hundreds of exec staff at all the 20 prem clubs are women, then having a bunch extra at Birmingham would only be taking that up a couple percent.

Its a fine line though, assuming she's hiring women over better qualified men, its bad, assuming a lot of highly qualified women didn't get jobs elsewhere because there are women, they could well be a large number of overly qualified women available, who the hell knows.

Maybe because its Brady hiring, men don't bother showing up for an interview.

She's a loud mouth moron most of the time, IF she sent the texts to senior players asking to go to the board asking them to remove Grant, she's a total arse. She certainly has a point on the West Ham/Spurs getting the stadium situation.

Maybe she's excellent at her job and she just feels its her place to get more women into football, maybe she's rubbish at her job, a feminist and used that to get a job, maybe she just blew someone to get her job.

Considering the position she's in it would probably do her well to put more thought into what she says. Thing is, if she didn't send those texts(looking increasingly likely she didn't) then people really are out to see her fail and spread rumours about her.
 
So West Ham and Birmingham have all these senior women? That explains why both are at the bottom end of the table lol :D

I just sent Victoria Derbyshire who interviewed her my opinions on the equality promoting but self-serving sexist pig that she is.

What a total hypocrite. What I don't get about feminists is that they wan equality and diversity etc, but they want it all straight away and aren't prepared for gradual integration. And by doing so they actively go against their own principles.

I'd like to give her a piece of my mind face to face.

They were told to go and invest a load of their money in new boots for the squad, they all came back with several pairs of uggs and some knee high boots.

Total misunderstanding I guess, but now they have no money for transfers this season.
 
Way to raise the tone, lads.

Positive discrimination is an oxymoron. If the hirings were made in this way, and let's not forget we don't know, then it just perpetuates the system of difference that certain feminists supposedly have a problem with.

That's positive discrimination for you, they scream they want to be treated the same as men, then kick up a stink when you don't pull the chair out for them or hold a door open and let them go first. Essentially they want to be treated equally when its beneficial to them and want to be treated unequal when its detrimental to be equal. It's all me me me.
 
Must admit there's something rather blatantly incompetent about the woman in my eyes.

One wonders how she has lasted so long. Must be good at something.
