Maybe I'm just a retarded gimp sausage but I can't make heads not tails from the lastest Kaspersky...

Whenever it informs me that it has detected something, it doesn't allow me to deal with it. It also doesn't always specify what the exact suspect file is.

E.G. "utorrent.exe: connection established." -> View report

So I click report and it tells me there are various risks...but how do I go about dealing with them?! :confused:

Mixing the application filter with the firewall has made it annoying to administrate.

by default kaspersky will decide what the safest group is for known apps, but it should still ask what you want to do if that app tries to connect to the net giving you the opportunity to choose a different group and/or allow or block the prog.

It just keeps sending me reports with no choice of how to govern anything. And when it finds trojans, viruses etc. it won't delete them. I am forced to scan to find them again and then delete them. This really sucks...

Is the previous version of Kaspersky available anywhere?

Ive heard a few people complaining about the new version of kaspersky and i honestly cant see what the problem is. I find it easier to use than the old version and in fact it does things a lot more smoothly with less action required on my side than the old one.

Maybe a quick read of the in built help might be in order :confused:
