when i reinstalled windows xp, i downloaded kasperskey internet security to install it.
ive got a key/licence till the end of december (dec 28 i think). used the download link in the email they sent when i first bought it, and installed it but it never asked me for the key/serial number - it just asks for a key file, which i dont have - i have a serial number which they sent via email when i first bought it.
anyone else had this problem, and know how to enter the key/serial number.
