Hi,

I was thinking about buying Kaspersky for my Anti-Virus..

Just 2 questions,

Is it good,
Does it lag your computer when running games ect?

Thanks :P

Wrong Forum

But i've got it and it's good I like it.

And I haven't noticed any hogging of resources.

I have it aswell, very good, updates like hourly...well whenever u click update there is normally updates available... doesnt hog resources at all

i assume it means it doesn't leave such a big "mark" on your pc - i.e integrate itself with everything and become impossible to remove later

actually, its not 'quite' as good, but the difference is small, theres a kaspersky now, 6.0 i upgraded free and it very good

Well, Im having problems...

(Even though its pretty good elsewhere)

Just downloaded "Azureus"... (Tried other torrent clients aswell)

Well, did the firewall test, and it says "Incoming TCP Listen port" is = 35475

Well I clicked "test" and says error, however when I exit kaspersky it works perfect, I added port "6881" which is the default bit torrent port to the network settings list, and still not working why ?

Update : It says the "Nat" or what ever that is is fine.

However the "DHT" is firewalled.

Got the following error from Azureus :

If you have a router/firewall, please check that you have port 35475 UDP open. - How can this be done? Well I have done it in windows firewall, opened them however still nothing working... do you think Talktalk have kicked in ? Think I have been conncted to talk talk yet?

Go into Kaspersky, then under the settings tab go to configure real time protection. In the box that appears, click on the network tab and disable protection against network attacks... Might sort it for you:)

Not there.. is this Kaspersky Internet security 6.0 right?

No, it was just the anti virus I was on about, not the internet security version. I'm also still using version 5, haven't upgraded to 6 yet!
