i renewed my kaspersky internet security 7 product a few weeks ago on my pc and today i went to do the same with my sisters and i thought it would only be a case of inputting the new licence key manually but it seems i cant input it manually, i have a 3 pc licence so i know thats not the problem.
i can see the input box but it wont let me type anything in it, just a browse button
any thoughts, suggestions as to where i would be going wrong?
