Since these two products tend to divide us into two camps, and nod32 is always said to have a smaller memory footprint than kaspersky, so what is yours?
Its really not an accurate measurement of memory used to be honest. Windows will always to try to use as much as possible. Free ram is wasted ram. It obviously varies on what else is happening on the computer at the same time.
Yes, it seems very good. I used AVG before i saw this on digg, it picked up 2 virus's (left over bits) from a virus i had a while ago. That AVG didn't notice.
Apparently it's just slightly cut-down from the full Kaspersky, but is still just as good at detecting.
saying that it vairies from each time i look at it, sometimes its as low as that then 10 minutes later it can total up to about 10meg.
But with 2gig the usuage isnt much of an issue.
