Kaspersky Virus software code question

hi all

i have recently bought kaspersky virus software, and it comes with 3 codes which i have used on all pcs / laptops in the house

however, i now have windows 7 ready to go onto my laptop. would i need to buy a new code for the virus scan software??

i dont want to install 7 before i check lol

The support article on the Kaspersky site implies that OS upgrades are supported and you will be fine.

I have put kaspersky on two machines with Win7 and just used the same keys without problem, one 2009 key has even upgraded to the 2010 version!

This is free from barclays i-banking btw, love it

I've used my KIS2010 key about eleventy times between OS updates (Win7 betas, RCs etc) on three separate machines and it's always activated fine. I wouldn't worry about it.

as others have said just get the latest download Version 2010 (9.0.0.736) from here http://www.kaspersky.co.uk/kis_latest_versions and just put in the code again job done!

I've re-installed KIS 2010 loads of times on my various laptops and all apart from 1 time never had a problem, that 1 time got it to retry and it went through.
