Katana V2 vs V2X

Anyone had any experience with a Katana soundbar? Or has any views on any noticeable difference between the two (V2 / V2X).

I've got the V2 and find it to be absolutely superb for gaming and watching content.
It sits nicely under the monitor with the sub under the desk.

Yeah struggling atm on what to go for, my corsair sp2500 just went kaput. Never had a soundbar or used one so dont' know what to expect. You used it in FPS games? Easy to hear direction of footsteps / shots?
