I've been having some trouble with Kayako eSupport, we had it all installed fine. But then one day (I'm not sure when or how) I couldn't login anymore, I would enter my username and password and press submit, it would then just take me back to the login page with no "Incorrect password" notice or anything.
It was all working fine before, so I don't get what the problem is, and I cannot find an online manual to see if e.g. a cron job is running or something.
I will submit a support ticket on the site when the other administrator of the site gets back, but for now can anyone help me please?
