Kayako InstaAlert

Hi,

We have an older version of Kayako on our site, I have Kayako InstaAlert running, but whenever a notification comes up and I try click it it doesn't want to open any browser, I think this may be due to my defauly being Mozilla.

Any idea how I can fix it please?

Nevermind, we're upgrading to latest version so I should be able to use newest InstaAlert.
