Just a heads up, had a few calls this morning about SMB shares not working, remove this update and everything will work fine again!

Been none stop this morning uninstalling this from machines affected. Took me a while to find out it was that what caused it.

Thankfully we have PDQ here, so I knocked up a quick script, and have fired it at the 200 odd machines we have

Does this not only affect legacy SMBv1 stuff? No issue with that KB here but we disable SMBv1 through GPO

Found it broke an application on a client machine the client had the update installed (but the server was unpatched) 3x w7 accessing an unpatched w7 server (all 3 clients broke)
