KD49X8505B or UE48HU7500

I've narrowed my two choices of tv down to these, yes I know the new versions are due soon but I can't wait any longer.

So

1) Samsung UE48HU7500 4k TV

OR

2) SONY BRAVIA KD49X8505B

I seen the 2nd in a JL store, and thuoght the screen looked awesome.
I've been reading the reviews about both but can't quite decide.

I have only seen the Sony in rolling demo's in the shop and it did look good but after reading many reviews and looking at several options, I went for the Samsung.
I am not disappointed as it is a great TV and HD/UHD stuff looks fantastic on it.
My last two TV's before this were Sony and I am a fan but one recent observation of mine is that Samsung TV's have a far better media player and Smart features than Sony (I also have a Sony 46W905A). My Samsung plays everything I throw at it, while the Sony probably hits about 50%.

I'm torn between these two at the moment. Saw both in Curry's earlier today and was really impressed.

I did like the Sony in store but the Samsung menu won it for me
