KDE start bar saying window name

Whenever I hover over an app thats open in the start bar it opens up a little rectangle that says its name. It's starting to get on my nerves now that I have beryl working , so how the hell do I get rid of it?

something along the lines of right click on the bar, select "configure panel". I'm sure that it's in there somewhere.
