Keep being disconnected from Live

So I sign in, get into a game and can be playing away, then its like someone cuts my cable and im completely signed out of Live, sign back in, stay connected long enough to get into a new game, then it happens about half way thru say COD: BO, not its happening on BadCompany2.....after it happens about 3 times I seem to stay signed in..any ideas?

My router was blocking ICMP to the xbox which was getting me booted after the last xbl update, try enabling it worked for me.
