Keep certain cookies from being deleted

Hi

I started to use http://myfav.es as a start page but it stores the settings in the cookies; which is a pain as I clear the cookies in chrome every so often and I also use CCleaner; which causes it to go back to default.

So is there any way to stop certain cookies being deleted in Chrome??

I tend to use ccleaner to empty my cookies, and that allows you to preserve certain cookies.
