Keep Folder Pictures Large

Slightly weird thread title lol..

Basically in Windows XP you can customize the appearance of the yellow folders by right clicking, choosing properties, >> customize, and then selecting a picture within the folder which then becomes its front cover (if that makes any sense).

For my storage drive I have e.g. a Utilities folder with a picture of a spanner, this then helps as a visual aid because with all the other folders present it's easier to look for a spanner then reading the names. This is especially true since I move the folders about a lot and add/delete some of them regularly.

I wish to keep the picture of a spanner there, and I want it to stay full size over the width and height of the folder itself. However whenever I modify the contents of the folder it decreases its cover picture to a quarter of what it was.

This is annoying me now - how do I keep the picture the full large size?
