keep getting error code :(

can anyone help me with this error code i keep getting while play bf hardline?
only seems to happen when im playing bf hardline. is there something wrong on my end or is it something on bf side?

i have tried that and still getting the same message. im also experiencing a weird thing with my keyboard sometimes it doesn't responded and other times it sticks even though the button isn't pressed

this seems to have sorted my problem if anyone else is experiencing the seem thing as me

DirectX error Fix:

We have a workaround for this problem.First of all, make sure that your Video card drivers are up to date. If you don’t know how to update them, then try Driver Scanner or read our complete guide here.

Go to the game’s folder > DirectX > redist
Sort the files by type
Select all the .cab files and place them in a new folder inside the redist folder
Now go back to DirectX folder and cut paste it into _Installer folder
