keep getting security warnings

Been getting messages like this for the past couple of days. They appear on random web pages (ocuk included) & sometimes when outlook is doing a send/recieve. My security settings dont appear to have changed but restored them to medium level anyhow

This page might help. Looks to be you should update your Java client and also update the Verisign Primary PCA Root Certificates.

bah..somehow I was stuck in 2004...hopefully that will sort it. Thanks
