I keep getting this error on windows start up c:\user\(username)\appdata\local\temp\170929log.iniis

Does anyone know how to fix it please?

No other information? Just an error box with that text above in it, and an OK or Close button ?

Have you checked your event viewer to see if there is anything more detailed listed in there ?

Could be the temp directory is getting to full, have you tried running disk cleanup, making sure you have the temporary files selected?

might just be a file listed in your start up thats no longer there, ie deleted, remove the link etc and message will go,

run sfc /f i think it is, google to make sure, system file check will sort it for you hopefully if not dl ccleaner and see what junk you have in your start up and disable all except your AV, then run reg cleaner etc from ccleaner

do you get the same error if you log on as a different user? (create one if you hanve't got another one). Also, try and create the file in that location and reboot to see what happens

Just re-read the original thread, are you saying this is an IIS error? What O/S are you experiencing this on? Have you tried disabling IIS to see if it happens.
