Keep or 780ti

HI.

I have dual 4mb EVGA 680 gtx ftw cards, running 3x dell u2413 monitors.

So do I upgrade to the 780 range, or sit back and wait a few more months, I have to use cards that exhaust from the top, as I use a micro atx case. (FT03)

A pair of 780 none TI are 85% the performance of the TI and because your getting two will save you more than £300. http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=GX-216-EA&groupid=701&catid=1914&subcat=1341

Is it worth it? they are about 30% faster than your 680's.

I wouldn't get the 780ti's.... 3Gb VRAM for 3x monitors will be pushing it for future games.

Either get a set of AMD 290x's for Crossfire or a pair of 6Gb GTX 780's.

6Gb GTX 780 SLI - £800

4Gb 290x Crossfore - £720

Or

4Gb 290 Crossfire - £600

GTX 770 SLI ( Same as slightly over clocked GTX 680's ) vs AMD 290x Crossfire - http://www.anandtech.com/bench/product/1075?vs=1064

I wouldn't bother with the ti, it's not worth the extra cost for such a small gain, if you wanna stay green the 780 WindForce is a really good price at the moment - http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=GX-114-GI&groupid=701&catid=1914&subcat=1341, though there are some really good deals on the 290's too .

I'd take those cards back and ask where the hell the rest of your memory got to.
