It's a very useful feature.. and there are two parts to it. Say (for example) you have an online account in a game like Star Trek Online. You store the username and password in an entry for Star Trek Online.
When you start the game, if you have that entry highlighted in Keepass, it will enter that entries details into the current windows entry fields, when you press Control+Alt+A.
Also useful is another option Control+Alt+S (I think it's programmable), where when you press the key combination, it searches your Keepass database for a corresponding entry to the current windows title, and then auto-magically use that entries details to login.
With these 2 combinations, you don't need to Control+C/+V, or even Alt-Tab out of your game.
