Keepass question - multiple user access ?

Hi,

Looked everywhere but can't find the answer, is it possible to have two levels of access within Keepass.

So 1st line IT support get a set of passwords and then the master password opens up all the passwords ?

Possible or would I just need two databases ?

I don't think it's possible to only allow some passwords and restrict others.
