Keeping an eye on temps?!

Hey guys, apologise if this is the wrong section to ask in but what is the best app to use to keep an eye on my CPU & GPU temps?

I've used Hardware Monitor in the past.

Don't bother much nowadays though, just check in the BIOS occasionally

Msi afterburner is a good one for gaming. In the on screen display you can set it to show gpu and cpu temps, along with a myriad of other information.

I mainly go with Afterburner + RivaTuner for FPS on-screen display and FPS limiting, and HWiNFO64 sensor icons in notification tray/task bar for temps, CPU usage, RAM usage, etc.

If you wanted something a bit more exotic and don't mind spending a few quid take a look at GOverlay, it works in conjuction with a small LCD display that you can get on the bay for just over £20 and displays all the info you could want to see about how your PC is performing.

I've always used HWMonitor, it tell you the max and minimum of pretty much everything, individual core temps, clock speeds, fan rpm, fan % GPU temp, ETC. and its free

Nope, it comes with a small perspex stand. I have mine right below my monitor so I can check exactly how my PC is behaving as I game. It's great to be able to see what any in-game issues are down to.
