Keeping Mould away in a car

Guys, what's the best way to keep mould away in a standing car? My car will be sitting on the drive all winter. I can run an extension lead to the car, but I can't afford to run an electric heater in it all winter, and i can't leave any windows open to circulate air.

Do those dehumidifiers work? Is there any spray i can get?

Those refillable dehimdifiers, no use when open to the elements as they just absorb the atmosphere moisture here
