Keeping one network secure from the other

I'm setting up a WiFi system in an office that is going to be open.

I need to keep this network securely separate from the main office computer. It is only one PC.

I was looking at cheap managed switches. Would that do the trick?

eg the D-Link DES-1210-08P which has POE which i also need.

Segregating them onto a different VLAN and making sure there's no routing between the two networks will do the trick.

Alternatively or together with an ACL on a layer 3 device.
