any suggestion bar a tripod.... other than some morphine maybe ?? basicaly for close shots and distance shots as i can zoom in a lot ... summit i like doing .... joke if you may ...
 
brace agasint something, get a monopod, hold the camera with your arms braced against ** sides, breath in before u fire a shot?

i sat for around 30 seconds trying to figure out how looking at bean bags would help combat camera shake.. surely you'd want to be looking at what you are shooting.

I saw a technique for wrapping the neck strap around your arm/elbow for added support. Not sure where but some googling would probably bring it up.
 
I hold my breath and tense all muscles in my body.

Tis rather annoying when someone whacks you in the stomach and winds you mid shot though :p
I have such good friends :p
