Keeping up with the Markles

Couples talk, of course they do. But she was the one who brought it up in the interview.

And Harry then also said he wouldn't ever say who it is. Ultimately, he is the one who told Meghan and he is also the one who refused to share who it was when brought up.

Just a bit laughable you're all ready to burn Meghan at the stake but you're giving Harry a pass when he is 'guilty' of the exact same thing.

what about that lady in the park with her dog...was she being attacked by the black bird watcher? so just because someone said it is their "lived" experience, so it must be true???

Sorry I was being sarcastic, I don't believe someone claiming something is their lived experience makes it true, people who use the term "lived experience" are generally morons

[..] The Mirror is like The Sun and is basically The Daily Sport with less **** in terms of actual journalism. [..]

I put the Daily Sport above most papers because it doesn't seriously pretend to be a newspaper. WW2 bomber found on the moon and all that sort of thing. Obviously not meant to be taken seriously.

Why is Meghan getting the blame when it was Harry who would've told her and Harry that said he wouldn't ever reveal it?

If Harry and Meghan are not prepared to give the details of who said what and the context it was said in as far as I am concerned it did not happen.

If this came up in a court of law it would be laughed out of town.

Luckily a conversation with Oprah isn't a court of law so it doesn't require the same level of evidence as no one is on trial.

Harry clearly decided he didn't want to share who said it and I expect Meghan respected that.

Personally I'd love him to reveal it, I'm loving the utter ****-show that this is becoming and the juicier it gets the better. I hope it turns out to be Will or Kate to really spice things up

Do you not see the difference between a private couples' conversation and bringing the same thing up in a televised interview with Oprah Winfrey :D

And no, I'm not giving Harry a pass, he's done some idiotic things too.

If you're not going to name who said it and what was said then why bring it up at all? Also why was it not dealt with by Harry at the time if he felt it was a racial slur against his unborn child?

Fair point about Harry.

Regarding why bring it up. I bet if they just said it was 'Charles' people would then say "well if you haven't got proof you're just dragging his name through the mud and playing the race card". The game is rigged and without Harry wearing a wire with a crystal clear mic and video feed some people would never accept what they bring forwards.

So what people really want is them to just shut up about anything to do with the dear Monarchy

It wasn't?! But...but... the next week they had pictures showing the bombers had gone! You mean they're still there?

They have put the whole Royal family on trial in the media.

And it is definitely clear that it was Meghan who first raised the topic.

For the record I am no fan of the Royal family, I think most of them are a total waste of space.

Yes she may have brought it up in the interview but Harry is the one who told her and Harry is also the one who decided to not tell Oprah.
For all we know Harry told her it was ok to bring it up, just don't name them.

Nah, can't be that. Has to be all Malicious Meghan's doing.

My issue is that everything is getting pinned on Meghan and Harry is looking like some little weak puppy that's been lead astray.

The point is she got in there first and played the race card.

And who gave her that race card to play? Fact is no one knows what happened and while we only have her side that doesn't mean it's just 'playing the race card'

Again - What if Harry asked her to not share the name? Then whos fault is it? Or is Harry still going to be squeaky clean?

This is basically what watching the corporate media and posting on social media does to people nowadays.

Sad but true.

I once told a management consultant to take a hike in a lecture because of his appalling behaviour.

What he was doing was demonstrating to people was what bad behaviour bullying managers can get away with.

What he said to me after the lecture was my response was actually the correct one and it was the first time in 10 years that anyone had reacted like that.

ok fair enough. i didnt get the sarcasm. anyway good to clarify these sort of things

It sounds like you're clutching at straws to defend her, to be honest. :)

We only have what we can see in front of us. She brought it up and refused to give any specific details and then Harry came in and said he wouldn't say who said it [whatever 'it' is]. That's all we know.

Again, she brought it up. Look at the rampant debate it's caused and a formal statement from the royal family off the back of what? An insinuation. Nothing more. She is a master manipulator. A sorceress.
