Has anyone on here watched a documentary called "Unlawful Killing"? Quite compelling and shows evidence of just how protective the monarchy is when it comes to keeping secrets and just how far they'll go to keep those secrets.

Well you could say the same about Harry and Megan and their antics in the press recently - stirring up some race angle, playing some sort of victim etc.. when the evidence suggests she's some rich, entitled bully herself. As if Will and Kate just had some big feud with them for fun or the resignation of two PAs in quick succession was somehow a conspiracy etc... This isn't just some new story either, it happened years ago. Commenting on the timing is a naive take from you tbh... as some of these incidents were reported on a couple of years ago when they occurred - pretty obvious why they're being brought up by the press now.

I'm sure there is plenty of pressure on someone coming into the Royal Family - some stuffy old-fashioned institution with archaic rules, expected behaviour etc.. there is a clear tradeoff someone needs to make if choosing to marry into that - you get the fancy palaces, titles, status etc.. but you have some expected behaviour too, you have to turn up at various appointments through the year, you can't just cash in on your status, the PR aspect isn't just about you personally but about the family as a whole and the monarch.

There were obvious pressures there as there would be for anyone marrying into that - though lets not pretend there is some previous pattern of behaviour here either - she's divorced once already (not uncommon I guess), though it seems the husband was ditched when she got her first big break in suits - she's also ditched her best friend and seemingly most of her childhood friends, she's ditched her dad too it seems - doesn't;t seem like anyone from her family was at the wedding - crazy sister or not - perhaps there was something to it... and now the pair of them have managed to alienate Harry's family too... but sure, Megan must be the victim here - all the other people in her personal life, whether friends,. family or staff must be in the wrong.

couldn't they have made more money if it was a pay per view broadcast, like the boxing, have to see if she gets more viewers than Michael Jackson expose ... or coronation street ...suits.

Another annoyance is this all plays into the favoured USA narrative that racism is as rife elsewhere, like the crime ridden city that London is - and Oprahs going to reveal it.
(tourism boost though ?) double whammy for her/Meg the returning prodigal bi-racial, the victim of the original empire.

If she had had bi-racial servants would they have been treated the same.

@dowie's post pretty accurately sums it up tbh. There's a pattern of behaviour suggesting that she is a mediocre actress and a climber. I'm happy to be proven wrong, but until such time the evidence that is out there proves otherwise, it seems pretty clear cut.

Didn't you know dude, you're not allowed to have any diversity of opinion any more. Everyone must all think the exactly same way and all those who think differently must be widely and publicly shamed until they fall into step. Thats the modern progressive way my friend.

LOL - I think some people have a chip on their shoulder re: certain tabloids etc.. if they have run with a particular take then it must be bad and they must oppose that view etc..

You reckon a hit piece paid for by the inconsolable Mohamed Al Fayed, father of Dodi Al Fayed and intended for the conspiracy audience in america is compelling.

Their own lawyers won't let it out the door for a proper release in the intended countries because it's an indefensible lawsuit.

But yes, it appeals to anyone with a low bar for stories from that angle. It's meant to.

One doesn't even have to read the tabloids or opinion pieces, just look at the facts. They speak for themselves.

I have no opinion on her. It's clear as day that there is a media and Palace campaign against her though. Where is the Palace investigation of Andrew huh? Where is the concerted media campaign to get to the truth of the far more serious allegations against him? There is none and he's even returning to royal duties. Oh he's a good boy really.

As for the fact she got married young and divorced, wow what a **** because everyone that does that is clearly not right and a manipulator. So she isn't friends with school friends anymore, again wow that never happens does it. Families never feud do they and fall out? And if they do there is clearly blame to be thrown around. Is she a perfect little lady? I very much doubt it but from reading comments in here she is a succubus who has manipulated Harry and driven him away from all of us (oh my broken little heart) Like the guy can't make his own decisions, he's only an Afghanistan veteran but comments in here claim he's a "pussy". If I had to guess, which is what we are ALL doing here, I'd say he's been looking to get out for years and now he has a wife and family he's done just that. Good luck to him, he's far better off out of that clearly dysfunctional family. Oh wait did I just make a judgement on a family with very limited actual knowledge? Maybe I'll fit right in here :rolleyes:

TBH my main reason for commenting in here was just that a high percentage of posts were full of misogynistic bull ****. It's like listening to my dads generation talking about women. Maybe its to be expected on a tech forum dominated by men but ffs its 2021 and if not talking about women like that makes me a "progressive" well I'd rather be that than like some of the posters in here.

Haha guilty until proven innocent! And I won't believe its any other way because the tabloid press has been hammering these stories for years! No smoke without fire!
