keeps freezing once i have reinstalled win 7

hi all

i re-installed win 7 last night but gone to use my pc today and it keeps freezing (about half a second), i think i did all the up dates also it wont pick up my homeplugs???

spec
core i5
ssd 64g + wd 1t
16g ram
gtx560
acer mother board as my mum n dad bought the pc from pc world ( i know dont say anything lol)

anyone have a clue what it could be ???

Did you disconnect the data drive when you reinstallled?

What is eventnviewer sayingin realtime?

i have looked into achi and followed someone online and set is at 0 and i have found eventviewer but i dunno what im looking for ???

I'm puzzled with the lack of homeplug use. I have only just tried these and found they work absolutely fine so you must be short of drivers for your motherboard

i got them working now

dont now how though lol and now i have changed my achi and restarted my pc everything seems ok (famous last words haha)

nope the freezing is back ! omg im going mad !!!!

it started when i restarted my pc forgetting that it will link to my wifi n not my home plug and bang started freezing soon as i disconnected the freezing stopped there must be a issue with my wifi but i have just disconnected it as i dont use it.

Disable your WiFi adapter from device manager if you don't need it.

(Start, right-click Computer, Manage, Device Manager)
