KEF in ceiling (QR vs RR)

Hi all,

Anyone got any experience with either the CI160QR/200QR and 200RR in ceiling speakers?

Wondering how the QR and RR ranges compare and what would be the best match for my existing setup which is the old R series range (R500 + R200C), in a 5m x 5m room.
