Kefir- Make your own probiotics

Has anyone made their own probiotic drinks with kefir? There are 2 types, milk and water. I'm going to give them both a go

I bought them from the well known auction site, just do a search there's loads of people selling them. They're very cheap to buy because they just keep on growing!

This stuff is the cost of milk, it continues to grow and grow, you can give it to everyone you know!

I've been using it for a few weeks now and I agree it can have a sour taste but all I do is blend it with a banana and it makes a really tasty milkshake that doesn't taste sour at all.

Well, what I bought keeps multiplying and makes milk sour. I'll have to fap into some milk to see if it has the same effect
