I saw this archive film on Saturday Kitchen at the weekend and thought it was brilliant.

Keith faces off against a stern French/Basque lady who berates him while he tries to cook a traditional dish. He's probably pretty tipsy and translating and cooking whilst being abused... hero.

Bah, that clip misses the second half when she cooks it for him and he admits that his really was absolute rubbish.
